1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bambi Agency website (bambi-agency.com) and our OnlyFans management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Bambi Agency provides OnlyFans and Fansly management services including but not limited to: account management, chat and DM management, social media marketing, content strategy, growth analytics, personal branding, and promotion services. The specific services provided to each creator are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to online content creation.

4. Creator Obligations

As a creator working with Bambi Agency, you agree to: provide accurate and truthful information during the application process; maintain compliance with OnlyFans and/or Fansly terms of service; communicate regularly with your assigned account manager; provide necessary content and access as required for service delivery; and not engage in any illegal activities through your creator accounts.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure is commission-based and outlined in your individual service agreement. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. Commission rates and payment terms are clearly defined before services begin. All agreements are month-to-month unless otherwise specified.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice as specified in your individual agreement. Upon termination, Bambi Agency will return full account access to the creator and cease all management activities. Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination remain payable.

7. Confidentiality

Bambi Agency treats all creator information as strictly confidential. All team members sign non-disclosure agreements. We will not share your personal information, account details, revenue data, or any other confidential information with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bambi Agency website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Bambi Agency and protected by intellectual property laws. Content created by creators remains the property of the respective creator. Any marketing materials or strategies developed by Bambi Agency for a creator are licensed for use during the service period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bambi Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to Bambi Agency in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as results depend on many factors including content quality, niche, and market conditions.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee any specific level of revenue, subscriber growth, or ranking on OnlyFans or Fansly. Past results shared on our website are not guarantees of future performance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
